Life Skills are “developmental approach designed to address a balance of- knowledge, attitude and skills”. Mastering conceptual knowledge of a subject alone does not make an individual successful. He/she also needs to master life skills- ‘the ability for positive and adaptive behavior’ which would help him tackle the demands, pressure and challenges on day to day basis. The workshop aims to help teachers develop the same in the students.
