The workshop is designed to give principals and other school-based administrators an end-of-the-year assessment of where they stand in all performance areas – and detailed guidance for improvement.
The workshop cover principals’ actions, not their personal qualities. Underlying 60 manifestations of leadership are the principal’s vision, firm beliefs, access to research and a network of support, interpersonal and communication skills, cultural competence, courage, decisiveness, resilience, and wisdom.
A step by step guidelines on report taking by principals to take school on the top. A perfect guidelines will be established during the session. Each and every area of school is covered exhaustively.
The contents of the workshop have been researched by Harvard,USA professors.
Workshop requires minimum of 10 Principals / heads of school. Travel + stay is to be provided by the participants.
