At Artham Resources, we primarily offer digital products, which are available for instant download. However, if any physical products are introduced, the following shipping terms will apply.

1. Digital Product Delivery

• All digital products are available for immediate download after purchase.
• You can access your purchased files from the Download Section on educators-resource.in.
• A confirmation email with download instructions will be sent upon successful payment.
• No shipping is required for digital products.

2. Physical Product Shipping (If Applicable)

• If we offer physical products, shipping charges will be extra and calculated based on location and product weight.
• Delivery timelines will be provided at checkout.
• Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

3. No Return & No Refund Policy

• For digital products, no returns or refunds are allowed.
• If a physical product is defective or damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
